As Craig mentioned, it's awfully difficult to predict timing for DC. The SW wind kicked in at around 2 PM but quickly plateaued at about 10 MPH and stayed there until 4 when it started gradually building. Reached about 15 MPH at 5 and didn't peak (at 19) until almost 7. I got on the water a little before 6 and got about 1.5 hr. of intermittent planing. The water level continues to drop rapidly, the green slime is increasing, and the pelican flock at the North end of the lake seems to be growing.
