An unexpected good wind day for PV, and I don't really even know why it was such good wind.
No clouds around always helps, pure thermal. (anabatic)
Doug,(13M) Jim (17M) and I rigged at Stingtown, which gives side shore winds in the middle of the reservoir.
The voodoo chop from the boats was horrible, but there were no lulls in the wind.
I got to ride my new Slingshot SP wakesurfer. It's a Nugget copy without straps.
I was somewhat overpowered with the big kite and that board.
Smaller kite would have been better.
Not many days do we get to kite in just board shorts at PV.
