Thunderstorms have finally cleared. DC was smooth from 2:30-5:00 under blue skies. I was fully powered on 17m and Mike was on 12m. Rode twin tip and surfboard but could have been on twin tip the entire time. Saw Jim cruisin nicely upwind. Getting excited for a windy fall.

Cruising SLOWLY upwind. Despite the fact that Mike was ripping it up with a 12M kite, I was getting only brief and infrequent rides with my 8.5M sail. Still, it was nice to be back on the water again after our recent wind drought.
