Got a late start today and arrived about 12. Winds were E to NE about 10. rode for an hour and a half and then I went back to my car and ate lunch. The wind seemed lighter when I got back but I thought I was in a wind shadow from a bluff. When I launched I went all the way to the other side then the wind died. I stood around for a while then started walking back and then the wind started coming out of the south more and I rode till 4. I stayed in Anderson cove the whole time because I didn't want to get too far when the predicted wind shift arrived. Another great day!
