I was lucky enough to caught some wind yesterday after being skunk at Strawberry. The wind was much better today. Rode for about 2 hours from 1 p.m. on Southeast. By 2:30, it was getting a bit too weird as the wind switched from SE to SW and then NW and then shut down completely.
The snow on the surface was creamy. But the stuff below was crusty. I cut up the field pretty good. Let's hope for a good storm or two this week and open up the field a bit more.

I drove by after sledding on Saturday to see you out either rigging or putting gear away. Gave you a honk. Glad you got some.
