I went to hike at Sundance before noon and the wind was picking up. I was kiteable when I was in Utah Lake already. The must have came up before noon at DC. After hiking, I went to check if there is still wind at DC. The water at the dam no longer has white caps. But about a mile down, it was pretty good. I figure I have about an hour or so (3 p.m. by the time I pumped). Indeed, I was treated to a solo session from 3 to about 4:30.
