Gray, chilly, overcast day. NWS was calling for WNW, not a good direction at DC. Not much wind at all until a little before 1, when a breeze appeared out of the SSW, peaking at 20 by 1:30. Worth a look. The water level is as high as I've ever seen it, right up to the Jersey barriers. Still not much floating debris except for a small tree slowly making its way toward Midway. The wind was quite variable, but did provide some decent rides.
