Tired of waiting for some warm wind. Decided to go down and visit the 5 grandkids/2 great-grandkids in Henderson for a week and get in some sailing. Got skunked on 2 predicted south's at Mead and futzed around on 8.5/7.0 10% planing on 4/26. But the other 3 days were sweet. 4/25 3 hours on 6.0/115L/86L, 4/28 4 hours on 5.2/86L, and 4/29 4 hours on 6.0/86L/115L. 11 hours on the water on small gear and was much easier on the body in a summer suit. The water was 58, same as February? The air was upper 70's and 80's which was great as Penny kept calling me and telling me it was cold and raining/snowing. Hated to leave. All the Bullhead locals headed for the Gorge this next week. Now it seems back to windless and rainy for here.

Sailing both the Gorge and Utah on my 8'2" HiTech and my 3 Starboards; Sonic 85L, S-Type 115L, and Carve 135L. Small quiver is Northwave, larger sails are Ezzy and Sailworks. Often in my white Odyssey but also in my wife's motor home.
