Found myself alone on a Monday afternoon. Wind line took its time working from the dam to the beach. Finally went past at 3:10. Wind was steady and strong with avg. around 14mph and long duration gusts around 20. Took my E-trex along for the ride: 2 hours 22 min. on the water, average speed 13.4 mph and total distance traveled 30 miles. Air temp 62F and water temp 55. An excellent day on the lake. Maybe a repeat today, only earlier for those who don't have to work.

Yet another example of how much better the wind often is at SBB than further down the lake.
