Lincoln Beach 5/22 16M waroo

wind was very light but tempting. we could see white caps out past the jetty, but where was the wind? we were watching a lesson take place on a 11M waroo. she got up and rode for a bit. Arpi headed out on his 16M and wasn't feeling it. i tried my hand at it for a while, but the wind was very holey. it slowly picked up and filled in i'm guessing about 6 after Arpi called it a day. Thanks Arpi! it proceeded to pick up until bill was overpowered on his 15M. ended up riding for about 2 hours mostly powered. all in all, a good chilly day at UL. the air temp was so cold that i was dragging my hands in the water to keep them warm. as i left about 8:15 bill, mike and sal were all still out fully powered and boosting.
