Wow... Willard bay rocks!! Well at least it has the potential to.. nice sandy beaches, jaw dropping views, deep and big enough to create a nice swell..

Got there at noon..Pelican beach... North Marina south end: Met a fellow sailor, Marc, and rigged 4.7.. Yoohooo perfect for at least.. well ... 15 minutes then it turned into a schlog fest.. crap.. too small a board, too small a fin.. not working so hot...

Got a few more reaches, felt good wadding around on the small board, even attempted a couple forward splashes.. one landed on the back.. the last one out of desesperation in the shallow wind did not even make it to the 180 mark... lol

Still fun, great clean warm water (surf trunk!).. Yes nice...

I am hoping for a mean, I mean a Mean Wednesday at Utah lake though to distribute some of the extra pressure built on today's forecast!

Let's get it.
