Wow, What a great place to windsurf. Thanks to Linda and Sarah for showing me where to find Doug,s and the Hatchery. Watched some of the US Nationals in the morning on Friday and then headed to Doug's to what was thought to be building conditions. Sailed 6.5 and 5.5 But should have stayed on the 6.5 it was better. Enjoyed playing in the swell at both locations. Sailed the Hatchery on Saturday, after rigging the 4.6 and shlogged around, I went back in and rigged the 6.5 again. Sailed fully powered 80 percent of the time. A quick first trip to the Gorge and a great memory made.
