Arrived around 2 to strong north winds. Rigged 9m and rode lit for an hour. Then it picked up and blew us off the water. Rigged a 6 and had another hour of good riding. Wind backed off and I put up the 9m again for another 45 minutes of riding. 3 windsurfers out and 6 kiters. I guess the bulk of the riders went to UL. I wonder if it was smoke on the water there.

We thought the westerly component and not as high winds in the forecast looked like Willard could be good.
We rode 10's and 11's, but it would blow for a while, then lighten up.
Once it turned mostly north, the lulls weren't worth it anymore.
