Jordanelle looked up and down when I passed by on my way to DC. The flag on Memorial Hill should have told me to turn around but I continued to Island Park to see for myself what was happening. There were folks planing on and off but the Easterly was kicking in and since I have had more than my share of fun trying to sail in that turbulence before I decided to go back to Jordanelle. I sailed for about an hour or so with extreme puffs and lulls but called it a day when I started having to look down to verify my feet were going into the foot straps. Needless to say the water was a bit chilly. A word of caution, there is quite a bit of evil driftwood floating around still so be careful!
