Got a new kite and ran down to deer creek to a smooth light breeze, just barley a white cap or two on the east side, and the storm clouds had parted enough to give the new kite a try. I rode nugget and 12m for about a hour and a half from 430 till 6 ish and then the storms got close.... I limped back to shore packed up, climbed in the car and the rain came, my timming was perfect and I was stoked.......

We need a spot on the Forum for "New gear Day" (NGD)! We don't spend enough talking about our gear and what new stuff is happening in the Kite world. So give us a full report on your new Rebel Billy. :)))
