Hit the water at 2:30 equipped with my light wind gear. SS Turbine 17M and North Nugget. What a dynamic duo for DC winds. It was spot on perfect for about 1 1/2 hrs then started to lighten up for about 1/2 hr then got really lite and punchy.. Most all came in. Then around 5 it really backed off. Warmer than yesterday. 10-15 kites up. Very nice afternoon.
