Walked out of my office at 3:30 to see the wind had turned north in Sandy. Bluffdale meter switched by the 2nd time I checked it. Grabbed my gear and met Brad and headed down. Perfect glass when we arrived around 5:30. Pioneer crossing still showing from the South. By the time we had our gear down to the beach we could see the wind line coming. I rigged 15m and Brad 13m. It was good for the first 1 1/2 hrs. Only one lull. I got a little cold by the end but it was nice to be riding in board shorts. I came into shore to find Chris & Tyler spectating w/fishing gear. Gave Chris the reins to make a few passes before my much-too-small harness began digging in. By the time we were leaving just before sunset, it was sub 10m. If I had my wetsuit with me I would have gone back out under a nearly full moon.
