Spent all day at DC rainbow bay and the wind was pretty good for most the day unfortunately I didn't get to kite due to I was working all day but would have been a good day!! Also heads up for Friday and Saturday at DC there is an event called mangames and should be a ton of people at the lake! Friday the events are from 10 to 2 and Saturday it's 8 to 6! So parking might be hard and lots of people! If you go by rainbow bay and see a crane right by the water that's me!
