Bingo!South winds at DC around 2 in the 7/14M range
Grant and Duane arrived as the wind line was approaching IB. Both rigged 7.5's, which proved to be a handful at times. Dave O' also arrived early and was shredding on his 6.5 when I arrived. I opted for my 6.0, which proved to be all I could handle in the gusts. George arrived a little after I did and rigged his 6.5. Lots of kiters, several of whom rode up to IB. A bit overcast, but all in all a very nice afternoon with a fairly warm and relatively steady wind.
