Light shifting winds out of the NW, N, & NNE not ideal directions for the Pow kite bowl, winds were up and down, we were waiting for it to shift WSW and ramp up - which it did right at closing time. Got more work down on the wind block and met some kiters from Florida. 4-8" of new snow in the forecast for today, tomorrows calls for more WSW flow in the 15-30 mph range
