I arrived at DC around 2 and the wind was weak. But it was windy enough to suckered me to pump up. As I try to get some rides with some consistency, the wind was just playing with me. I packed up around 3:30 and was heading down to ULLB to meet Tyler and Pete, the wind picked up!

ULLB had one of the weird day wind wise. It was strong in feel and weak in reality as we all (Pete, Tyler and Kirk) tried to get something going. It didn't happened. The wind seemed to have hit some kind of wall just outside of the beach area. . .

The only good news? The water temperature is warm enough in both locations that I didn't have to wear booty or gloves.
