04/24 DCCB, 7.0M/138L

Surprisingly good wind. Started a little before noon, died briefly at 12:30, then filled in nicely, with gusts to the mid 20s. Initially quite steady by DC standards. Towards the end of my session George arrived for his DC season debut. One kite in the air as I drove past BWB.
