The wind didn't come up until well after 1. When I drove by the dam around noon, there wasn't much wind. I hiked at Sundance and when back around 2:30, it was big kite condition. Only Spencer was out with a 17. I pumped a 15 meter Ignite and had fun for about an hour or so. The wind backed off a little and then started to really kick up after we both deflated our kite!
