Well, last saturday I had high hope for wind somewhere.. That did not pan out.

Noaa was saying 11-17mph from NNW, Craig was saying 6.0 (or was it 7.0?), Josh said 25-30mph and 5.5 or better

And we got this..
After 3 hours looking at glassy water I figured I'd cut my losses. At least it was pretty.
So yeah trust NOAA over Josh ;)

Hey, I see a wind (breeze line) way out there. You just have to swim out to it. On the serious side that's about as calm as I have ever seen Sulphur.

Interestng! Because DC managed to cough up one more pretty good (6.0/5.0) albeit brief session, ending a run of 4 consecutive 6.0 days, a rarity for mid-July in these parts.
