After surgery and being banned from sailing for 4 weeks, it was great to get back to Grants. Not a lot of wind but we rigged the biggest stuff we had and took off. Got a lot of planers but only one all the way across the lake. I needed a little wider board and John a little bigger sail but it is kind of fun once in a while to have to use all your skills and energy to get planing. Best 9:00 to 10:00 and then died almost instantly. Nice warm day and the lake is up to where there is hardly a walk. Fun morning but where is all the wind with the big storm coming.
