Quite windy on DC considering how hot it's been. The wind was not so much gusty as intermittent, with intervals of fairly strong wind interspersed between longer periods of light breeze. A pleasant afternoon, shared by Judy (5.5), John D.(7.5) and surprisingly few kiters.
