8/14 Sunday Little Dell, 7.5 course board

Ah, desperate times call for desperate measures - longboard and big sail at the little lake. Lots of nice cruising around, even got in the straps for a couple of minutes. Of course (pun intended) these are the side straps one uses when riding the centerboard, so not as thrilling as a short board but, as Craig says, "Both feet in - I'm countin' it!" Fun to get the big board up on a plane, regardless. Happily, it's so light, it planes pretty early. I'd be light too, if only I wasn't wearing a drysuit, but what the hey, desperate times...
