I will be glad when the NOAA weathermen get back. Monday it was supposed to be sunny in the morning and cloudy in the afternoon but ended up just the opposite. Tuesday they canceled the cloudy 20% showers and switched to sunny for Evanston and it was so cloudy and dark when I got there the streetlights had come on. Anyway, at least it cleared at the lake as the afternoon went on. The Evanston airport was showing low 20’s gusting 30’s but it was pretty much 7.0 conditions at the lake. Stuck to the larger board as there were occasional no wind lulls and there was a section in the middle that was almost windless most of the afternoon. But I stayed at it and got lots of great rides. You can sort of see were the island is and it is well away from the buoys so beware. Peter joined me sailing while his wife biked.

Sailing both the Gorge and Utah on my 8'2" HiTech and my 3 Starboards; Sonic 85L, S-Type 115L, and Carve 135L. Small quiver is Northwave, larger sails are Ezzy and Sailworks. Often in my white Odyssey but also in my wife's motor home.
