6/22 Rush

Postby MikE mAy » Fri Jun 23, 2006 8:19 am

kited at rush for my first time last night. i seemed to arrive as the winds were tapering off, or at least shifting around a lot. kenny was out on his 17M foil impressing me with his smoothness and expert kite flying. my buddy and i mostly mucked around in the mud and moss. i need more time flying my kite, which is seeming more and more like an expert kite. kenny's right about the fins. the minute i got up and planing, the moss and weeds would grab my front fins an bogg me down. the fact that i was on a 12m wasn't helping the situation any either.

Kenny- thanks so much for helping me out in the water. i owe you big time, or at least you have some great karma coming your way for helping out the newbie kook. Also, thanks for listening to my buddy talk....

anyone want to buy a Naish V4 12M????
