Grants let us down this morning so switched to Sulfur. Predicting low 60’s and mostly sunny but it was solid overcast and 54 when I got there at 12:30 (56 when I left). Straight from the 3/2 summer suit a week ago at Grants to steamer, hood and gloves today. Thankfully it got sunnier the longer I sailed. It stayed cold and the water was quite cold but the sun at least made it feel warmer. Peter was headed out on a 6.5/135L when I got there so I hit the water with a 7.0/115L and was lit from the get-go. Made it a half hour then had to rig down to the 6.0 and the little iSonic screamer. By then the airport was 26G36. Wild speed runs until I quit exhausted at 5:00. Sweet afternoon.

Sailing both the Gorge and Utah on my 8'2" HiTech and my 3 Starboards; Sonic 85L, S-Type 115L, and Carve 135L. Small quiver is Northwave, larger sails are Ezzy and Sailworks. Often in my white Odyssey but also in my wife's motor home.
