Not Hawaii and not Mead, the water was only 41 degrees. Brrrr! I waited until I finished sailing to measure the temp as I didn’t really want to know while I was sailing. The wind meter was already 22G28 when I got there at 10:30 but the wind was SSE and seemed to be hitting the dike and jumping over the water. I tried the 7.0 off and on but it was 2:00 before the direction changed to SSW and the wind started ripping. I already had the 6.0 rigged and was absolutely blasting across the lake in wild 30 mph gusts. The reach already seems double what it was in the Fall and there looks to be enough snow to fill the lake. Never made it to 60 degrees as predicted but I think it hit 56. Great afternoon.

Sailing both the Gorge and Utah on my 8'2" HiTech and my 3 Starboards; Sonic 85L, S-Type 115L, and Carve 135L. Small quiver is Northwave, larger sails are Ezzy and Sailworks. Often in my white Odyssey but also in my wife's motor home.
