Overcast skies, but record warm air temp (54ºF!!). Water about 38ºF. Gusty (as always) but not excessively so. DC windsurfing in January; amazing, and scary

With the warm weather and wind I felt the urge to check the wind log and sure enough you didn't disappoint. Good on you.
