Double bonus in the extended play. October is pretty hit and miss
in the Gorge, but my last trip up this season was rewarded with
strong Easterlies. Started out with a light Westerly 10/20 at Swell
city. Planable, but just barely on a 6.7. Saturday had me riding 4.2 at
The Boat Ramp most of the day as the Easterly hung in till about 6 PM.
Sunday Morning was the standout with Easterly winds averaging 30+ MPH.
3.7 and a 70 Ltr HiTech, what a way to close the season (up there).
Did I mention it was mid 60s by the afternoon all 3 days.

Sweet, Sweet, Sweet!
