Steady morning thermals Sunday in the 15-18mph range from sunrise until 10am. Monday morning thermals around 10-15mph then switched to a SW direction from over the dam at 15-20mph ++ from 8 am until noon. water temp low 60's. sunny, clean water and all the boaters pinned down on the beach.
