DC Sunday

It was a toss up, DC or UL. John D called to say Jim was getting it good at DC so I took the advice. Tim beat us to it and was already making it look good when we got there. We ended up rallying at Sailboat Beach from around 4 to just before 6. It seemed to fill in more towards Island Beach later but I kind of like sailing up near the dam anyway. Jim came out to capture it all on video and promptly shut the whole thing down at the end but no matter it was good slalom sailing with an occasional deep run to keep things entertaining. Still wondering how Saratoga was yesterday, or, for that matter, today. All in all a very pleasant session. I don't think UL went off like yesterday although it looks like it probably did give up some decent rides in the later afternoon.

Thanks Jim, it's interesting to see your data. How far is your station from the water?

Carl,

It's about 2 km Northeast of the island.
