Best bet looks like Kiteable conditions at Rush on a light but planable North wind around 2 PM. Take your big Kites.
You should have clear skies from about Noon till dusk. A slim chance for North at Saratoga Springs Park
around 5 PM for WIndsurfers willing to ride 10M sails.

Tomorrow looks like Grantsville AM planers in the 6.5 range, followed by DC planers in the 7.5 range from about 11AM to
3 PM (then really gusty after that), followed by 12M North Kiteable conditions at Rush around 3 PM, followed by
huge gear ridable conditions at North UL launches for Windsurfers and Kiteboarders early evening. Rain showers
likely at some point during your rides.

Sunday might be a Pineview kinda day.

I just checked DC, at 2 PM , planable conditions. Not sure what's causing that, but the predictor is running 17 MPH, it could be your only hope this day.
