North wind today, tomorrow, and Thursday. No howlers, but planable enough.
Kiters can get PM 12-15 M rides at Rush and UL launches. I'd look for it to be
earlier and stronger at Rush starting planability around Noon. All the Ul launches should be good
from about 3PM till dusk, good conditions all the way down to ULSSB. Windsurfers should
enjoy 7M conditions at Saratoga Springs Park from about 3PM on. If you're an AM type person,
you might even catch some North rides at Grantsville on big gear.

Tomorrow looks like a very similar forecast, and Thursday looks like even stronger North wind
plus bonus warm air.
