Greetings from downtown HR where it's pleasant but windless.
DC looking pretty sailable this PM right now. Looks like 7.5.
Grantsville looking solid 6.5 also. Kiters could get gusty 12M rides at
Rush right now, probably that way all afternoon.
Tomorrow looking similar, but lighter.
