Cool and rainy today, but with plenty of North wind PM. Look for Strong and potentially gusty North
winds at all UL launches and at Rush lake. from Noon on looks more promising as much of the rain
will have cleared out by then. Kiters might get 8M Kites flying, at either spot, but be very careful
because there may be killer gusts, especially at Rush. Windsurfers should get plenty of PM rides
at Saratoga Springs Park in the 5 M range. Look for that to peak about 3PM.

Tomorrow looks like steadier but lighter North wind at Rush and UL Launches. Look for
7M Sails at Saratoga Springs Park and 15M Kites at Rush . Much less rain PM.

Friday the flow turns South and looks like a good AM sesh at Grantsville, then planable
conditions at DC and Rush, but with the standard mid afternoon lull at Rush. Warmer and Sunnier
