Where to Ride 6/6

Postby Craig Goudie » Fri Jun 06, 2008 8:20 am

A planable switcher. Grants is honk'n right now, and will probably stay in the 5.0 range till about Noon.
DC will take over from about 11Am till 4 PM in the 6.5 Range, but be ready for killer gusty holey by 2 or 4 PM.
Then it's Kiter time at Rush and UL (Windsurfers can have fun at UL also. look for the North switch at Rush first
around 2 Pm and then the UL switch around 4 PM. Kiters will likely get 12M conditions. Windsurfers probably 6.5
at Saratoga Springs Park. Kiters watch for T-Heads on the horizon, and keep a weather eye out for stronger gusts.

Tomorrow looks like light North with Rush as the best potential for planable 17M Kite conditions. A possibility for
a late huge gear sesh at UL North launches for Windsurfers and Kiters around the dinner hour.

Sunday looking pretty windless.

Craig,
Good call on DC, "killer gusty holey"! Perfect description for this afternoon.
