Where to Ride 8/31

Better potential than I expected today. Mud boarders should get
some afternoon rides at Rush. Probably big kites but should be pretty steady wind.

I think DC will thermal up this afternoon for some 8.5 action starting around 2 also.

SSB also has some potential for one of those early evening blows.
