Ogden Paddle Fest Time again Aug 23rd

We had a pretty good time last year. John Becker will be out there again with his stand up paddle boards, its worth a try and not as easy as they make it look. We had decent wind and lots of folks flying trainer kites last year, but not enough to kiteboard. If we do get the wind, it would be nice if some of you came out, brought your kites, and gave a good showing. BTW, looks windy on PV today, water is finally starting to go down.

Here is a little write up for last years event. Below are pics of Auggie and John. Auggie did a great job doing trainer kite clinics, roll clinics, and I dont know what else he had his hand in. John is a kiter and paddle boarder from Santa Babara who stays part time in Ogden Valley. Again, it would be really cool if we had enough wind and you to show off kiteboarding.

I already told the kayak side of the festival that I would help again, but I will bring a few kites also and give a hand with that. I will bring my trainer.
