Utah lake locations are the call. Morning looks better than afternoon,
but Srartoga Springs should be planable for Windsurfers most of the day
and SSB should be Kiteable most of the day also. Expect the wind to slowly
back off the later in the day it gets. If Rush still has water, mud boarding
out there should be good also.
