I forgot about another location I'd really like to go windsurfing at . . . Strawberry Reservoir. Is windsurfing allowed on that lake? If so, how is it generally?

My wife and I sail out of the strawberry bay recreational complex. We stay in units 9, 10, or 11 of the "D" loop which gives pretty good access to the adjacent bay. We've had great sailing there! Tony

yea strawberry is a great place to go, and yes kite and windsurfing are allowed, however if your are skinny like me a wetsuit is a must...
