Sulfur looks like the best call today. Look for strong but gusty wind
up there starting mid day. prolly 5.0 or better if the clouds and rain don't
kill it. The rain looks to clear mid day also, if it does, DC will probably be
sailable. Rain and the unstable atmosphere make Rush a pretty
dangerous Kite board, but it will likely blow out there from the South in the PM.
