Best bet will be MM19 in the AM. Prolly 6.5-5.5 out there till the
thunderheads roll in around 2 PM. Then it'll get (even more) gusty.
DC and Jordanelle should provide planable but gusty conditions most of the
day, But I think it'll be better from 11 AM to about 3 PM. Is there enough
mud left for a little mud board action at Rush, I don't know, but there'll
be some strong gusty wind out there in the PM. It'll be gusty enough,
that you'll want to use good judgement out there.

Tomorrow looks like excellent Kite board conditions for solid
North most of the day at Utah lake locations. It will be cold, but the
sun should come out in the PM.
