Quail Creek/ Sand Hollow road trip

I'm thinking about a quick road trip to Southern Utah Monday and Tuesday. Looks like wind down there for a couple of days. Does any one know anything about Quail Creek or Sand Hollow? Is it worth the drive etc. etc.? Looking for any kind of info. Thanks.

Sand hollow works good on a strong north.
