This is the best SUP surfing video I have seen yet! Check it out and watch the air this kid does at
2:48 seconds into the video.

http://chuckpattersonsports.wordpress.com/ Chuck's blog will blow you away, the guy is going for it, and hey he even kites! Scroll way down for some massive waves...

SUP is real, Costco has $429 pop out boards already, but a very durable, honest board is $799. Willy Sturgis, ex Utah Lake/DC windsurf brother has the bug big time in Corpus/Bird Island. He removed the footstraps from his 2003 Carve 135, paddles the canals at his house, hits the waves and yes still windsurfs 150 days a year at Bird Island.

SUP in waves is so easy compared to surfin', I've surfed since 1964 and you can dominate a surf break, and paddle up and down the coast like a jet ski. Kiters are pushing SUP, Peter Trow would rather SUP than kite! So maybe those kiters are pretty smart after all...wink wink....

Gary Stone, President of IsthmusSailboards, which Jim Southwick has personally kept afloat all these windsurfing years as his finest, most loyal customer is gaga over SUP. Check www.paddleboardspecialists.com

The Outdoor Retailer demo day is at Jordanelle Aug 2, you'll see 500 world class boards.

The coffee table 4x a year mag is www.supjournal.com and Clay Feeter gets 500 photo submissions a week fr around the world.
