Broken wind meter at Lakeshore?

I've been liking and using the Lakeshore meter for a while now. http://www.whitewillows.net/WeatherLink/vws.html Lately it is always reading zero. Any ideas on whose meter it is and what's up?

If I'm not mistaken, that wind meter is on a house on 5200 S. If you look at the date it was last updated on 6/27/10. I drove past the house a couple weeks ago to see if the meter was taken down but it's still up on the house. Maybe there computer is down or they just decided to stop sharing there sensor. I was thinking that If anybody knows the people that live at this house maybe we can approach them to see if we can help get there sensor back online.

I had emailed the owner of the windmeter a few weeks back, but got no response. It was down last year year and he fixed it quickly. Someone else might want to shoot off an email to him. He was excited that people were actually using his website.
