Come out and Rush with the Utah Windriders Association

Plushness Is Back BBQ Party

UWA is sponsering a welcome back Rush Lake BBQ April 7th, 2012.
(A no wind backup date of April 14th, 2012 will also be on the calendar.)

Rush is the best spot in Utah for both Windsurfers and Kiters together to enjoy the wind and water.
AND IT IS BACK!

Join in a celebration of windriding.
A day of riding, and a BBQ lunch provided by the paying members of Utah Windriders Assn.
but for any windriders that attend.

We only have Rush for a limited time before the weeds take over.
Join in to put faces to the names you have been seeing on the UWA forum.
Windriding and Fun is why we are here.

Your membership helps support the UWA website, along with sponsering events like this.
The more members we have can be used as leverage for any access issue.
The numbers helped last year with the "Save Lincoln Beach Campaign"


We will need a few volunteers to help out with the lunch BBQ.

The BBQ will start around 12:30.

We need a couple of BBQ's.
And if someone will do the cooking, That would be great.
Brats, dogs, a vegi thing, and chips will be on the menu.

Please post or send me a PM if you can bring BBQ, or will cook.
You definatly don't want me as the cook, please offer to save the dogs, ha.

PS... I've got my boiler if we end up having to boil the dogs in Rush water! However, I like charred dogs myself! I have a small portable grill... I know that somebody has a larger portable grill... One of those half barrel grills would be great...

Yes! CANCELLED/POSTPONED... Moved to April 14th... Marty I'll leave the final call up to you as the Rush Representative... Doesn't mean that if it turns out to be windy and warm enough that there'll still be a bunch of people out there... Just means GRUB will not be supplied! It looks like there may be a breeze, just not very warm.

Hey guys,
I'll do a BBQ here and even pay for all the goodies,
Only one problem, here is in Maui.

If someone else wants to take the reigns for the Rush BBQ this weekend
please do so, I've been told to purchase the food items and UWA will reimburse
Probably contact Josh for any details.
I hope someone will step up and make it happen.
(but I'm not sorry that I'm here instead, 6M)
